Ocean Reef Neptune III IDM + SUEX VR Series DPV Experience

Scuba Connection invites certified divers to an exclusive in-water Demo Event featuring the Ocean Reef Neptune III IDM full face mask system and the SUEX VR Series DPV. This hands-on event will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at our professional training pool located at 490 Midland Ave, Garfield, NJ.

This is a structured, supervised demo designed for divers who want real-world experience with advanced equipment before making an investment.

Ocean Reef Neptune III IDM – Integrated Dive Mask

The Neptune III IDM (Integrated Dive Mask) is a premium full face mask system engineered for both recreational and professional divers. During the demo, participants will experience:

• Integrated underwater communication capability

• Improved comfort, warmth, and breathing efficiency

• Enhanced situational awareness and task loading control

• A platform ideal for leadership, public safety, technical, and serious recreational diving

This demo allows divers to understand how a full face mask can elevate safety, communication, and overall dive performance.

SUEX VR Series DPV – Diver Propulsion Vehicle

The SUEX VR Series DPV provides efficient, controlled underwater propulsion designed to extend range and reduce diver workload. Demo highlights include:

• Proper DPV trim and body positioning

• Smooth variable-speed propulsion

• Increased efficiency and reduced gas consumption

• Application for recreational, technical, and exploration-focused diving

For optimal performance, a wing and backplate system with crotch strap is strongly preferred for the DPV portion of the demo.

Participant Requirements

• All participants must be Scuba Certified

• Participants should bring their own BCD and regulator

  • Wing and backplate with crotch strap preferred for DPV demo

• Rental equipment is available but must be arranged in advance

All participants are required to complete and submit all standard waivers, including the Diver Medical Questionnaire, available here:

Event Cost

• $45.00 – Standard registration

• $30.00 – If rental equipment is required you will pay when on-site.
