1. 30-Day 100% Refund Policy

• Items are eligible for a 100% refund if they are:
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • In unopened and undamaged original packaging.
  • Not used in water, including pools, lakes, or oceans.

2. 90-Day Store Credit Policy

• Items that are unused and in their original packaging (not damaged) can be returned within 90 days for store credit.

3. Policy for Lights and Battery-Powered Items

• Lights or items containing batteries cannot be returned once they have been charged, unless the item is found to be defective.

4. Wetsuits and Drysuits

• Wetsuits and drysuits can be tried on to verify fit and returned if the fit is improper.
  • The suit will be exchanged for a size smaller or larger, provided the size is in stock.
  • If the replacement size is not in stock and cannot be ordered, a full refund will be issued if the return is made within 30 days.
  • Important: No item will be accepted as a return if it has been placed in water or used in a pool, lake, or ocean.
